Planning is well underway at Prairieview Lutheran Homes’ for the annual Fall Festival which will be held Sept. 6-7 at Prairieview’s campus in Danforth.

Both Friday and Saturday have schedules full of activity starting with the opening ceremony on Friday morning at 10:45 followed by a Woodworth fish fry which will be available for lunch and dinner.

St. John’s chime choir will be on stage at 1:00 and Bingo starts at 2:00 in the main tent. Musical entertainment continues into the day with the Singing Pastors on stage at 4:15 and the Natural High performing at 5:30.

There is a 5K run on Saturday following by a petting zoo and porkburgers for lunch.

The Joyful Bubbles are on stage at noon following by Rick and Friends.

One of the most popular events of the two-day affair is the quilt auction which is set for 3:00 followed by grilled pork chops and a Taste of the Silhouettes at 4:15.

There will be several booths both days with handcrafted items, books, baked goods and much more.
